Eras

I Love when my favourite artists pivot and change up their albums so starkley that you can really tell which song belongs to which era based on it's subject matter, the mood, the storyline, the feeling and when it was written. I have always been obsessed with classifying things, writing lists, putting things in groups so it is so much fun to see these songs in different eras according to how they differ (and how they are similar). I hope you enjoy and let me know what songs resonate most with you!

Not a Kid

The 'Not A Kid era to me is the collection of songs where l try and grapple with the idea of whai being an adult is, identity, being disillusioned with the adult world, learning that your beliefs as a little kid were naive and taking responsibility and ownership of your life.

Letters I never sent

There are the musings and thoughts I wish I had told someone but instead I wrote letters which I never sent

Land of Broken Toys

This era encompasses the songs I wrote when exploring themes of bullying, toxic masculinity and femininity, self identity and how society and  external circumstances can lead good people to destructive places.
